Who it's for
For remote workers, freelancers and employees of non-Spanish companies who want to live in Spain. Ideal if you work online and your income comes from outside Spain. Spouse and children can join the same application.
Work & experience
Remote work for a company or clients outside Spain. The company should have existed for at least 1 year, your link to it for 3+ months. A degree or 3+ years of relevant experience.

Income requirement
You'll need around €2,849/month (200% of the minimum wage), plus roughly €1,068 for the first family member and €356 for each additional one. We help present your income correctly.
Filed from inside Spain
Unlike most visas, this one is filed inside Spain through the UGE. Silence after 20 working days counts as approval — one of the fastest routes to Spanish residency.
Term & renewal
Granted for up to 3 years and renewable. Time on this visa counts towards permanent residency. Your family's permits run in parallel with yours.
