Renewal / Re-submission
Already hold a Spanish residence permit under Law 14/2013 and your card is expiring, or your situation has changed? We handle renewals and any changes to your status — filed through the UGE.
Renewal (3+2)
Your Digital Nomad, startup or highly-qualified permit is expiring. We renew it under the 3+2 scheme — file about 60 days before your card runs out so there's no gap.
Employee ↔ autónomo
Switching from employment to self-employed (or the other way round) means re-filing your permit. We handle the strategy and the paperwork.
What we check
Income, physical-presence record (the 6-months-a-year rule), padrón, housing, insurance without co-payments and your travel history — the points that decide renewals.
Changing employer
Still an employed nomad but moving to a new company? A change of employer is treated as a re-submission. We prepare and file it correctly so your status stays valid.
Re-submission after refusal
Refused on formal or procedural grounds? We analyse why, fix what went wrong, rebuild the file and re-submit. A refusal is rarely the end of the road.
How it works
Free consultation to assess your case → document collection under a case manager → filing through the UGE under an accredited lawyer's digital signature → decision.
